While we are engaged for one-off projects from time to time e.g. media releases, announcements to market or short-term issue management advice we generally have at least a 6-month term of engagement for new clients. Preparing internal/external communications strategies for companies, organisations and specific projects and issues
Preparing the roadmap for your marketing activities and then following the tasks through to completion
Identifying risks and managing associated communication – both internal and external
From a 90-minute introductory session through to training with a camera crew in a studio or field interview setting
Pitching to media about your stories, preparing media releases, managing media attention during a crisis
Making sure you’re ready when (not if) a crisis occurs, preparing crisis communications manuals and training key team members
